When you submit a quotation request on this website, we collect only the necessary information required to evaluate your solar installation enquiry: your full name, 10-digit mobile phone number, property location/area, property classification (residential or commercial), and any optional notes you provide regarding your roof or power usage.
The information collected is strictly used by Grace Solar Tech to: (a) contact you regarding your solar panel installation enquiry, (b) assess property and geographical feasibility in Eluru and nearby areas, and (c) discuss suitable rooftop solar configurations. We do not use your phone number for automated marketing or robocalls.
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer lead information to third parties. Enquiry submissions are processed via secure Cloudflare Pages serverless endpoints and recorded in company-controlled administration records to enable direct customer follow-up.
Customer enquiry records are maintained only for the duration necessary to address the quotation request and subsequent installation communications. Appropriate technical safeguards are implemented to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
